If your English is bad, if your English is so bad, that you know only "Sorry", "Please" and "Thank you" - don't worry, a lot of foreigners in Sweden work at the construction places, an they're payed quite enough to effort some language courses, besides job.
As you see, despite hard situation on labor market in Sweden - it's quite possible to find job in Sweden.
